The client said it. Now the whole team can hear it.

The client tells the account manager one thing, the team hears a slightly different version, and three weeks later everyone argues about what was promised. Jotted makes the call itself the source of truth.

Sound familiar?

"Who has the notes from the kickoff?"

Somewhere between a doc, a thread, and someone’s notebook. Every version slightly different, none of them complete.

"The client told me something different."

The brief passed through three people before it reached the person doing the work. Broken telephone, billed hourly.

"Can you brief the new person?"

A retelling of a retelling. The new teammate starts with half the context and none of the nuance.

How it fits into your day

EVERY CLIENT CALL

Record it

Kickoffs, check-ins, reviews. No bot joins the call, so the client conversation stays natural.

ONE CLICK LATER

Share it with the team

Send the recording link to the designers, the writers, the devs. They hear the client say it themselves, no account needed to watch.

WEEKS LATER

Settle it in seconds

When "as discussed" gets fuzzy, pull up the moment. Internally or with the client, the recording ends the debate.

What agencies lean on most

Ask across the whole account

Ask Quill what the client signed off on and it reads every call on the account, answering with the timestamp so anyone can watch the moment themselves.

Every client call in one place

One library instead of docs and DMs, and any call can be shared with a link the moment someone needs it.

Client-proof follow-ups

Send the recap, attach the recording link. "As discussed" finally means something.

Onboarding that actually works

New teammates watch the real client history instead of getting the secondhand version.

One flat price

$14 a month, and the launch price is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed.

Action items with real names

Who owes what, pulled from the call. Useful when four people from the client side all agree to different things.

One team. One version of the truth.

Common questions

Can I share a client call with my team?

Yes, on Pro. A link opens in any browser with no account needed, and you choose whether the transcript, notes and action items are included and whether they can download it.

Is there a team plan?

Not currently. Jotted is priced per person at $14 a month, so a team of five is five subscriptions. If you are buying for staff, use company email addresses you control.
