The $14 price is our launch price. It will go up for new customers as Jotted grows, but anyone subscribed at $14 keeps paying $14 for as long as their subscription stays active. Early believers should get the best deal, permanently.
Pro starts with a free week, so you can record real meetings and see the transcripts, summaries, and action items on your own calls before paying anything. We ask for a card when the trial starts, but you are not charged until the seven days are up, and canceling before then costs you nothing. If you would rather not hand over a card at all, the Free plan never asks for one and has no time limit.
Yes. You get the 7-day trial first, so you can test Jotted on real meetings without paying at all. If you go ahead and then change your mind, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no reason needed. After that you can cancel any time and you will not be billed again, though we do not refund days you have already paid for. And if we ever charge you in error, or Jotted does not do something this site says it does, we will put it right whenever you tell us.
Yes, anytime. Move from Free to Pro when you want the notes handled, or step back down. Your recordings stay yours through every change.
Yes. Jotted is priced per person at $14 a month, so a team of five is five subscriptions. There is no separate team plan and no minimum.
One tip if you are buying for staff: use company email addresses rather than personal ones. Signing in is a code sent to the email, so whoever controls the mailbox controls the account. If someone leaves, their recordings stay with you and there is no handover to arrange. Email [email protected] and we will sign them out of their devices so you can take the account over.
Your recordings on your computer are yours to keep and are never deleted, no matter what. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. We let you know in good time so you can download anything you want to keep from the cloud, and your cloud recordings are deleted 24 hours after that period ends.
Nothing gets deleted straight away. Your account pauses: paid features stop working, but every cloud recording stays safe and untouched. You have 15 days to update your card, and the moment you do, everything resumes exactly as it was. If the 15 days pass with no update, the account and its cloud recordings are deleted. Your local recordings are never affected.
